Apparently, Civano recycles its water (I almost moved there!)... but perhaps it doesn't rain enough in Tucson. The fuschia will have to do. :)

adorable. lol, yes!! notice there is NO purple...the construction guys tell me that purple signifies recycled water sources...and i have yet to come across any. ;)
